Recently Sunquest Living constructed a 12 x 12 foot sunroom with stick-built knee wall and glass shed roof, connecting to 12 x 10 foot covered patio, on concrete slab. Adam was right—we adore watching the night sky through the glass roof and wouldn’t trade it. The room was finished ahead of schedule and the job included features we weren’t expecting such as crown molding on the ceiling of the existing covered patio, which got a new ceiling in the process.

We expect to enjoy the sunroom daily for the many years in which we’ll live in this house, and would hire this contractor again without question, for any similar project that we wish to complete in our home.”
