We enclosed both the first floor and second floor porches (one above the other) on a brick home built 170 Years ago. They had been "semi-enclosed" by all sorts of make-shift materials about 40 years ago. They were an eyesore. We wanted to be able to make year-round use of the porches as well as living areas, and as places to grow plants year-round. We have maximized available glass area, and it looks and feels great! Each porch is 8 feet wide by 24 feet long and between 8 and 9 feet high.

Dear Mr. Fraley: ....To say the least, we're extremely pleased with the way that our room turned out. ..it feels like the room was always there and our lush back yard was always at our fingertips.

Alhtough we have every reason to expect we would have been pleased with the room regardless of which staff Sunquest sent to work on it, we feel that the team you did give us exceeded our expectations. Andrew and Elmer were like a part of the family by the time they finished. Even our two canine alarm systems remained sleeping each day when Andrew and Elmer arrived because they recognized them as part of the family. Their attention to detail, willingness to go out of their way to explain everything they were doing, dedication to the project, constant hard work (often with the worst of weather conditions), and quality craftsmanship ensured that we got not only a Four Seasons Sunroom, but the very best Four Seasons Sunroom possible. Regardless of whether their supervisor, Pete, was present or not. Elmer and Andrew maintained the same work ethic of which you, as the owner of the company, should be proud.
