Mike oversees the day to day operations at Maryland Sunrooms. With over 35 years of experience in the construction field there isn’t much that he hasn’t seen. He has built many homes, designed many successful projects, has a cabinet makers eye for detail and isn’t afraid to tackle any size project. He personally guarantees your complete satisfaction from your initial contact with us until we hand you the keys.

Steve has 25 plus years in retail banking and residential mortgage lending. Steve was attentive to his clients financial needs, he provided exceptional service and is good at providing solutions that meet ones need.
His father was a home builder – he built three homes for his growing family – Steve learned some of the basics of home construction from his father during those home builds. He learned more as a homeowner and as a home construction lender, during his tenure with two local banking company’s.
Steve is a good listener, has good focus on the details and wants to make your dream project become an exciting reality.

Pete has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of carpentry and related building trades with experience as a custom home builder and over 40 years of experience in the construction field. His knowledge of the Four Seasons Sunroom product line is second to none and is widely praised by our many satisfied clients. Pete’s friendly nature has him loved by all. His motto is “It has to be done right or we do it over”
As Production Manager Pete is responsible for and oversees the following:
Quality, All production employees, Client relations during install, Timely job completion/scheduling. Subcontractor scheduling and over site, Production interface with the Sales Department.

Julie has marketing, sales and event experience collected the last 20 years and spanning different construction and I.T. companies here locally in MD. During her time here at Maryland Sunrooms we love having her upbeat optimism and continued hard work with a great attitude. Julie has a zest for Marketing and advertising these beautiful additions and products.

20+ years in commercial/residential construction and a BFA at Frostburg State.
A passion of riding Motorcycles and the great outdoors is how Sara describes her interests. Originally from Maine, she loves all things outdoors; camping, mountains, rivers, chopping wood, bonfires, waterfalls, sunsets! She’s also head coach of her daughters fastpitch softball team! Go Renegade Rebels!
Sara has only been with us a short time, but is quickly learning the ropes of our office life and is happy to be your office liaison for scheduling, job progression, production and completion of your project. With the best warranty in the business, you’ll be in great hands with MDS and Sara!
