We had a 4 season sunroom constructed on our existing deck. We opted for windows from the floor through the rake with a shingled roof that tied directly in using the same shingles existing on our house for a seamless transition. We also had 2 skylights installed in the ceiling for additional lighting.

The workers took pride in their work ensuring everything was set up square and true and applied sealant at transitions to the house to keep insects from sneaking in. From the start of construction work progressed non-stop and the sunroom was completed on-time. The work site was maintained in an orderly fashion throughout.

Overall, we have a beautiful comfortable sunroom with an excellent view of our lower yard and pond and have recommended Maryland Sunroom to our family and friends.
